My honorablecolleagues and Dear Students;

Siirt UniversityFaculty of Education has its origins at the 2-year Education Institutionestablished in 1976 as connected to Dicle University.The Institute is namedSiirt Education School in 1982 and Siirt Faculty of Education in 1992.

Our objective is, byabiding  to our national and moralvalues, to continue in the contemporary civilization path the great leaderAtaturk showed. In this divine path, we are aware of the duty and theresponsibility. We have to work with ambition and determination as a high educationinstitute that aspires to raise our country to the same level with thedeveloped world countries that has the top educational levels.

HonorableColleagues;

Gaining thedeserved position of our faculty in educational and scientific sphere andraising it to higher standards will only be possible with your devoted effortand support. I wish you success in your studies.

Dear Students;

Our goal is toraise you as future teachers who are strong, who have belief in themselves,with entrepreneurial soul, with respect to human rights, who puts brotherlylove first, who are the very important figures for strong Turkey’s future withtheir knowledge and quality.  I am fullyconfident that you will accomplish your duty in this divine path.
